Are we assigned an account manager that is alongside our company throughout the whole process?

Generally speaking, you will be partnered with a Research Operations Manager who will work with you through most of your methinks experience. As there can be many moving pieces to a research study, there may be times where you work with other members of the methinks team as well. One thing that will always remain consistent is our dedication to supporting and empowering our customers!
