Advanced search
Advanced search allows you to find applicants who meet specified filters such as name, tab, age, gender, device, location, screener answers, and more. To start an advanced search:
- Click on Recruitment > Applications.
- Click on Search or the arrow to expand the advanced search interface.
- To search for an applicant by name:
1. Click on the text field and type the applicant’s name.
2. Click on Search.
- To search for applicants within specific tabs:
1. Click to select the tabs that you want to include.
2. Click on Search.
- To search for applicants within a specific gender group:
1. Click to select the genders that you want to include.
2. Click on Search.
- To search for applicants within a specific age group:
1. Click and drag the selector to choose the age range.
2. Click on Search.
- To search for applicants with a specific mobile device:
1. Click to select the devices that you want to include.
2. Click on Search.
- To search for applicants within a specific location:
1. Click on the drop-down menu button.
2. Select the desired location.
3. Click on Search.
- To search for applicants who have a specified tag:
1. Click on the drop-down menu button.
2. Select the desired tag.
3. Click on Save.
- To search for applicants based on their screener answer:
1. Click to select the screener question that you want to search for.
Open-Ended Question:
1. Click on the text field to type the keyword.
2. Click on Add to Filter.
Multiple Choice Question:
1. Click to select the option(s) that you want to add to the filter.
2. Click on Add to Filter.
Multiple Choice Checkboxes Question:
1. Click to select the option(s) that you want to add to the filter.
2. Click on Add to Filter.
Scale range screener to question:
1. Click to select the option(s) that you want to add to the filter.
2. Click on Add to Filter.
