Bug report and suggestions

By default, an "M" hover button will be added to your app. Participants will be able to report bugs and submit suggestions by tapping this hover button. To disable this feature, toggle on the Hide Hover Button option in Permission settings. 

• To view bug reports and suggestions:
  1. On your methinks dashboard, click on the dropdown menu button App Test.
  2. Click on Bug Report / Suggestion.
  
  
  
  To view more details about the bug or suggestion report:
  1. Click on the bug/suggestion report you want to view more details about.
  2. On the right side of your methinks dashboard, you will find more information about the bug/suggestion, including information about the user who submitted the report, his/her device, connectivity, session, date, report message, and screenshots related to the report. 
  
  
  
  To view only bugs or suggestions reports:
  1. Click on the drop-down menu button.
  
  
  
  2. Select Bug or Suggestion.
  
  
  
  3. To view only the Bug reports or to go back to the All view, repeat the steps above and select the preferred view.
  
  
  
  
  
• To filter and sort reports:
  1. Click on the drop-down menu button Filter & Sort by.
  
  
  
  2. Click to select the Filter category.
  
  
  
  3. Click to select the Sort category by Date Created or Last Updated.
  4. Click to select the Order by Ascending or Descending.
  
  
  
  5. Click on Apply.
