Participants task progress

• To view a participant’s progress summary:
  1. Click on Participants.
  
  
  
  2. Participants’ progress summary is available under their basic profile details.
  
  
  
  Progress summaries are reflective of participants’ task progress of Surveys, In-App Test Sessions, and Interviews. If a participant makes posts and/or comments within your project’s discussion board, you will also see a tag accounting for the number of posts and/or comments.
  
  Pro tip: The number of surveys assigned to a participant is visible on the right side of the Surveys tag, while the number of completed assigned surveys is available on the left side.
  
  

• To view a detailed participant’s progress:
  1. Click on Participants.
  
  
  
  2. Hover over the participant you want to view the detailed progress of.
  3. Click on the participant profile.
  
  
  
  4. View all tasks progress, under the Task Progress section.
  5. Click on the Task you want to obtain more information about.
  
  
  
  

• To see a Survey’s task progress:
  1. Click on the Survey section.
  2. Depending on the number of surveys that your project has, you will see a list of all surveys that the participant has completed thus far. 
  
  
  
  3. Click the drop-down arrow to expand the section and see the survey’s questions and answers.
  
  
  

• To see an App Test task progress:
  1. Click on the App Test section.
  
  
  
  2. Under App Test Details you will find information about the participant’s app test sessions. Such as total session, accumulated duration, and average session time. 
  
  
  
  
  Under Log Details, you will find detailed information about each app test day.
  
  3. Click the drop-down arrow to expand the section and see the detailed information about each day of app testing.
  
  

• To see the Interview’s progress:
  1. Click on the Interviews section.
  
  
  
  2. View interview details such as interview type, date, and time.
  
  
  
  

• To see a participant’s posts and comments on Forums:
  1. Click on the Forum section. 
  
  
  
  2. Under Forum Posts you will be able to see all of the posts and comments that a user made during the research project. 
  
  
  
  3. Click on the chosen post or comment to open the forum and view the complete contents of the post or comment where it was originally posted. 
  
  
  
  4. To view the comments in a forum post, click on Comments.
