Participants ratings, reviews, tags, and flags

You can add tags and flags to applicants, and add ratings, reviews, tags, and flags to participants. Tags help you organize your applicants and participants. Ratings, reviews, and flags of an applicant or participant are visible to other business users. Learn how to add flags and tags to applicants.

How to see a participant’s ratings, reviews, tags, and flags

1. Click on Participants.
2. See the applicant’s ratings, reviews, tags, and flags located on their profile summary.
   
   
   
   

• To rate and review a participant
  1. Click on Participants.
  2. Hover over the chosen applicant with your mouse. As the applicant’s profile is highlighted, click on it.
  
  
  
  3. Click on the Rate icon.
  4. Hover over the star ratings and click to choose the option that best fits your participant.
  
  
  
  5. Click to select the best description of your participant.
  
  
  
  6. Click on Submit.
  
  Note: participants will not see these ratings and reviews.

• To see a participant’s rating and review
  1. Hover over the chosen applicant with your mouse. As the applicant’s profile is highlighted, click on it.
  2. Click on the drop-down menu to expand and view the applicant’s reviews.
  
  
  
  If the participant is flagged, the flags will be displayed also under Ratings and Reviews:
  
  
  
  
  
• To add a tag to a participant
  1. Hover over the chosen participant with your mouse. As the participant’s profile is highlighted, click on it.
  2. Click on User’s Tags and enter your tag label.
  
  
  
  3. Press Enter on your keyboard to save.
  4. Repeat the steps above to enter more tags.
  
  

• To delete a tag 
  1. Hover over the chosen participant with your mouse. As the participant’s profile is highlighted, click on it.
  2. Click on the Tags section.
  
  
  
  3. Click on the x to delete the tag.
  
  
  
  
  
• To add a flag to an applicant
  1. Hover over the chosen applicant with your mouse. As the applicant’s profile is highlighted, click on it.
  2. Click on the Flag + icon.
  
  
  
  3. Choose the option that best describes the participant/reason for flagging or add your own flag by entering the text in the Enter the other flag field and press Enter. 
  
  
  
  Pro tip: Click on "x" to delete a tag.
